Visual Source Safe of Visual Studio in my System AL59 is giving an error message such as: There was a failure while initializing the Microsoft Visual SourceSafe source control provider. You cannot use this provider to perform source control operations. It worked when i did following - I changed two values in the registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftSourceSafe 1. SCCServerPath to C:Program FilesMicrosoft Visual StudioVSSwin32SSSCC.DLL 2. SCCServerPathDebug to C:Program FilesMicrosoft Visual StudioVSSwin32SSSCC.DLL Because of path moved to other folder the problem were occurring now it is changed back to its path in registry, So it is working fine now.Issue has been resolved.
